Rick Sichta is a board-certified criminal appellate attorney repeatedly ranked by Super lawyers as one of the best appellate attorneys in Florida. His work has removed ten people from Florida's death row. He was chosen to run then Florida Coastal's School of Law inaugural Wrongful Convictions course where, with the help of his students, exonerated a man serving 40 years in prison. Rick practices law with his wife Susanne Sichta and represents clients throughout the State of Florida. Rick’s cases have received national attention, appearing on shows such as Dateline, and publications such as the New York Times. He is a regular at speaking events as a lecturer on trial strategies.
